Waking the Dead 2.0 || April 19, 2063 (5:00 PM) || Happy Birthday, Taning.

[For the Fukuzawas, the birthday celebration they were holding for Taning (a day late, but that was when everyone happened to be available) was a bit of a whole day event. It had started, beyond all of Asami's tireless preparations, with Taning being led in by the kids he occasionally took care of, and into a classroom covered in all of the drawings and decorations that the children had made for their "favorite teacher".

The real festivities started a little after 5 PM, which was the scheduled time. By then, all of the food had been prepared (courtesy of Asami), the desserts were ready (courtesy of Masato, Eri, and Hotaru), the booze had been bought (courtesy of Hikaru) and the house was open (courtesy of Tohru).

Not everyone who mattered in Taning's life was present, but that wasn't any reason for the celebration to not be fun, right?]
